This website is run by Success Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09734776), registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). You can contact us about privacy using our contact form or by post at our registered office.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website and our consulting work. Each of our apps has its own privacy notice, shown in the app and on the app's website, which explains what that app collects and why.
What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you give one), the topic you choose and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
When you visit this website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working, based on our legitimate interests, and is kept for a short period.
Clients
If you or your organisation work with us, we keep the contact and business details needed to deliver the work, send invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Where we handle personal data on a client's behalf, we do so under that client's instructions and a written agreement.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties.
Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process it for us:
- Vercel Inc. - hosts this website.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) - delivers contact form messages to our mailbox.
- Google - provides our business email (Google Workspace).
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to work with us. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and then for six years to meet accounting and legal requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to our use of it, or to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, use our contact form. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
